On December 9, 2019, took place the “Test Drive” of the program CIPD International Human Resource Management Masters, RANEPA and the Kingston University London
At the one-hour “test drive” session of the program, the guests were able to feel like students of the School of International Business Education and met with a speaker from Kingston University London: Lisa Henderson, (MCIPD), who over the past 20 years has built a brilliant career in the fashion industry, working around the world, gaining vast experience in the leadership, management, and development of people in various companies and cultures. Lisa recently moved to an academic career, gives lectures at the London College of Fashion (HRM subject leader & Retail Operations specialist) and at Kingston University, and also successfully leads her own consulting business.
The theme of the test drive was “The Generation Game”, a business case devoted to the topic of interaction between employees of different generations, demonstrating what makes them unique in teams today, and how an HR professional can add value to a business through its activities. A small theoretical part was presented at the event, a lot of practice and discussions from Lisa Henderson (Kingston University). In addition, the guests of the “test drive” were divided into groups and worked in teams. This is all that awaits you on the program during training.
